According to a report from the Daytona Beach News-Journal, police said a 22-year-old Florida man who was arrested for DUI this week now faces additional charges after allegedly threatening to kill the officer who pulled him over.
The man allegedly threatened to kill the officer by stabbing him with a pen, according to the Daytona Beach News-Journal report.
