A different kind of ticket handed out in Maryland last week. ...
According to a report from NBC Washington, a Maryland woman said she was ticketed last Friday for driving under the speed limit on the highway. The woman's traffic citation says she was driving 63 mph in a 65 mph zone, according to the NBC Washington report.
