According to the Asbury Park (N.J.) Press, a New Jersey couple has filed a lawsuit against their landlord seeking to reclaim their security deposit because they claim the residence is haunted.
The landlord has filed a lawsuit of his own against the couple for breaking their one-year lease, according to the Asbury Park Press story.
