New Jersey School District Agrees to $4.2 Million Settlement With Family of Teen Paralyzed by Punch from Bully

According to NorthJersey.com, a New Jersey school district has settled a lawsuit filed by the family of a former student who was paralyzed from the waist down after being punched in the stomach by a bully in 2006.

The former student -- who now attends Syracuse University -- and his family will receive $4.2 million in the settlement, according to the NorthJersey.com report.
