According to the St. Joseph (Mo.) News-Press, a 17-year-old Missouri boy has been charged with first-degree assault for allegedly pouring gas on a child and lighting the child on fire earlier this month.
The victim suffered burns on the face, arm, nose and throat, according to the News-Press story.
