According to the Gaston Gazette, an 18-year-old South Carolina woman has been charged with contributing to the delinquency of a child for allegedly leaving her 17-month-old child in a car while she was at a billiards club.
The woman reportedly left the child in the car with a dog as protection, according to the Gaston Gazette report.
