Maryland Court: Pit Bulls 'Inherently Dangerous'

According to a story posted on MSNBC.com, the Maryland Court of Appeals late last month issued a ruling declaring pit bulls to be an "inherently dangerous" breed of dog.

The ruling makes it easier for anyone in the state attacked by a pit bull to take legal action, according to the MSNBC.com story.
