According to the York (Pa.) Daily Record, a 28-year-old Pennsylvania woman was charged this week with two counts of endangering the welfare of a child and leaving an unattended child in a motor vehicle for allegedly leaving her 6-year-old and 10-month-old kids in a running car while she went to a tanning salon.
