According to the St. Paul (Minn.) Pioneer Press, a Minnesota man and woman have each been charged with malicious punishment of a child for allegedly forcing a 12-year-old girl to run up and down the street while wearing a diaper and a tank top as punishment for bad grades.
The girl was placed in foster care, according to the Pioneer Press report.
