This was no ordinary day at the beach for one California woman.
According to the Orange County Register, the 43-year-old woman was injured and required surgery after a pair of rocks she collected at a beach ignited in the pocket of her shorts.
The woman suffered second- and third-degree burns on her right leg, according to the OCR report.
