According to the Philadelphia Daily News, police allege that a 41-year-old Philadelphia woman on Thursday killed her 18-month-old twins and attempted to poison her 4-year-old daughter before attempting to kill herself.
According to the Daily News story, sources said the woman believed her husband had been having an affair, and a note left at the scene allegedly detailed that as the reason for the killings.
