According to the Syracuse (N.Y.) Post-Standard, a 20-year-old New York man has been charged with felony second-degree assault and endangering the welfare of a child for allegedly pouring liquid bleach into the milk of his two young nephews.
The two boys were treated and released from an area hospital, according to the Post-Standard report.
