On the heels of last weekend's face-eating attack in Florida comes another bizarre incident, according to police in New Jersey.
According to NorthJersey.com, a 43-year-old man was hospitalized Sunday after police said he stabbed himself repeatedly and threw his skin and intestines at officers who has responded to the scene.
