High School Student Wins $1,000 a Week For Life

He struck it rich.

According to the New York Lottery, an 18-year-old high school student from Brooklyn made a big lottery score, winning $1,000 a week for life as part of one of the New York Lottery's games.

“I just had a feeling,” Robert Salo said of his decision to buy the $2 ticket. “Something drew me to it,” he continued. “It was like I was in the right place at the right time.”
