Police: Parents Arrested After Two Children Found Blindfolded and Bound in Walmart Parking Lot

A bizzare situation leads to the arrest of an Illinois man and woman in Kansas.

According to the Lawrence (Kan.) Journal-World, an Illinois man and woman were charged with child abuse and child endangerment after police said two of their children -- ages 5 and 7 -- were allegedly found blindfolded with their hands bound in the parking lot of a Kansas Walmart store on Monday morning.
