According to a story on MSNBC.com, the parents of an 8-year-old boy have filed a lawsuit after a nurse and counselor at the boy's school forced him to bathe and told him he "smelled badly."
The lawsuit claims the third-grader was traumatized by the ordeal, according to the MSNBC story.
