According to a news release from the Sarasota County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, a 55-year-old Florida man was arrested and charged with aggravated assault an improper exhibition of a firearm for allegedly threatening another driver with a gun in the drive thru of a McDonald's.
Witnesses said the suspect was apparently upset about how the other driver pulled into the drive thru lane, according to the news release. The suspect also allegedly pointed the gun at a McDonald's employee, according to the news release.
