Eight-Year-Old Killed By Flying Truck Debris

A terrible tragedy in Atlanta on Wednesday night.

According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, an 8-year-old boy was killed when parts of a truck's transmission came off and crashed through the windshield of the vehicle he was traveling in.

The driver of the vehicle the boy was traveling in also suffered serious injuries and had to have her right arm amputated below the elbow, according to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution report.
