Painting Purchased at Goodwill for $9.99 Could Be Worth $20,000

A shopper at a North Carolina Goodwill store scored a massive bargain recently.

According to a report from the Greensboro (N.C.) News & Record, the woman paid $9.99 for a painting which could fetch $20,000 or more at an auction scheduled for September. The painting turned out to have been done by abstract artist Ilya Bolotowsky, according to the News & Record
