Female Official Set To Make NFL Debut Thursday

The NFL is set to break the gender barrier -- when it comes to its officials.

According to a USA Today report, veteran college official Shannon Eastin will become the first woman to be part of an NFL officiating crew during Thursday night's game between San Diego and Green Bay.

The NFL is currently using replacement officials due to a labor issue with its regular officials.
