According to Delawareonline.com, three workers at a Delaware day care center were arrested for allegedly encouraging two 3-year-olds to fight.
A police officer saw a cell phone video of the alleged incident -- which happened five months ago, according to the Delawareonline.com report -- which led to the arrests.
