According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, police in Florida said a 15-year-old was arrested for DUI last week while serving as a designated driver for a 47-year-old adult relative.
The 15-year-old was arrested for DUI and Driving Without a License, according to the Sun-Sentinel. The adult was arrested for Allowing an Unauthorized Minor to Drive and Cruelty Towards a Child, according to the report.
