According to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, a 33-year-old Florida woman was arrested Monday and charged with manslaughter and child neglect causing great harm in connection with the death of her newborn son.
The boy's body was found in a garbage bin outside a Florida hotel in August, according to the Sun-Sentinel report.
