Police Officer Accidentally Shoots, Kills Store Clerk Fleeing Armed Robbery Attempt

A tragic story out of New York.

According to a report from the New York Daily News, a 20-year-old man was accidentally shot and killed by a New York police officer while trying to flee an armed robbery attempt at the store where he worked.

The officer's gun discharged when he collided with the man as he fled the scene, according to the New York Daily News report.
