The discovery of human remains inside a storage locker at a Florida storage facility has led to charges being filed against a 57-year-old Florida doctor who had previously rented the locker, according to a report from the Pensacola (Fla.) News-Journal.
The doctor, a former assistant medical examiner, is charged with improper storage of hazardous waste and other charges, according to the News-Journal report. The remains were found when the locker was auctioned, according to the report. The remains are believed to be from private autopsies performed by the doctor, according to the News-Journal report.
