According to a report from TBO.com, a 42-year-old Florida woman has been charged with attempted murder and aggravated child abuse for allegedly chaining her son's hands together and stabbing the 7-year-old boy in the chest.
The boy was airlifted to a hospital, but his injuries are not considered life-threatening, according to the TBO.com report.
