The success rate on this kind of thing probably isn't very high.
According to a report from the Miami Herald, a 53-year-old homeless man was arrested this week for allegedly stealing a bartender's credit card and attempting to use it to buy beer from him. The man was charged with theft and credit card fraud, according to the Miami Herald report.
