A strange situation during a traffic stop in Washington, according to police.
According to a report from the Bothell Reporter, a 28-year-old woman was arrested after police said they found three kids and a dog inside a vehicle's trunk during a traffic stop over the weekend.
The woman was arrested on drug charges in connection with the incident, according to the Bothell Reporter report.
