A bizarre story out of Florida.
According to a report from Florida television station WJHG, a Florida woman is facing multiple charges -- including child abuse and animal cruelty -- for allegedly cutting off the head of a pet rabbit in front of her two children at their home in July. The woman was arrested Monday, according to the WJHG report..
