Ouch!
According to a report from the Dallas Morning News, police said a 19-year-old Texas man was arrested over the weekend for allegedly grabbing and twisting a police officer's testicles while being arrested for public intoxication.
The teen was also charged with assault of a public servant and resisting arrest, according to the Dallas Morning News report.
