A scary story from Florida.
According to a news release from the Volusia County (Fla.) Sheriff's Office, a 34-year-old Florida man was arrested over the weekend on DUI and aggravated battery charges after allegedly ramming the patrol car of a sheriff's deputy and striking the deputy and pinning him against the gas pumps at a gas station near Ormond Beach, Fla.
