A shocking story from New York.
According to a report from the New York Daily News, a 49-year-old New York man is facing multiple criminal charges -- including criminal impersonation -- for allegedly impersonating a Red Cross worker and attempted to burglarize evacuated homes in the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy.
