A shocking story from Florida.
According to a report from the Florida Times-Union, a 43-year-old Florida man was arrested last week on animal cruelty and other charges for allegedly skinning a dog and a cat. The man's neighbors reportedly witnessed him skinning the dog in his yard, according to the Florida Times-Union report.
