Washington D.C. (www.incnow.tv) - The House Transportation and Infrastructure Committee is holding a hearing on Superstorm Sandy, Tuesday in Washington.
Lawmakers will look at efforts made to prepare for the storm, the response to the damage, and recovery plans. FEMA Administrator, Craig Fugate, is among the witnesses.
