A shocking story from Florida this week.
According to a report from the South Florida Sun-Sentinel, police said a 37-year-old man was arrested and charged with animal cruelty this week for allegedly hanging his dog from a tree.
The dog was able to break free from its collar and survived, according to the South Florida Sun-Sentinel report.
