A woman walking her pets made a timely discovery this week, according to a report from the Houston Chronicle.
According to the Houston Chronicle report, the woman on Tuesday night found a newborn alive inside a plastic bag near an apartment complex in Houston. Police said the child was taken to an area hospital and is in good condition, according to the Houston Chronicle report.
