Trouble for a pair from California after police found a 2-year-old to be intoxicated.
According to a report from The Press Democrat, police said a California man and woman have been arrested on suspicion of child endangerment and other charges after a 2-year-old boy was found to be under the influence of alcohol and meth.
The suspects are the boy's 22-year-old mother and her 21-year-old boyfriend, according to The Press Democrat report.
