A tragic story from Colorado on Saturday.

According to a report from The Denver Post, five snowboarders were killed in an avalanche on Saturday outside the boundaries of the Loveland Ski Area. One person of the group survived the avalanche, according to The Denver Post report.

Saturday's avalanche was the deadliest in the state since 1962, according to The Denver Post report.
