Hopefully he was satisfied with his meal. ...

According to a report from the Mattoon (Ill.) Journal Gazette and Time-Courier, a 47-year-old Illinois man was sentenced to three years in prison after pleading guilty to a felony theft charge for ordering a $70 meal at a restaurant and refusing to pay the bill.

The man was charged with a felony instead of a misdemeanor due to previous convictions, -- including a guilty plea to a similar offense earlier this year -- according  to the Journal Gazette and Times-Courier report. The sentence also includes restitution to the restaurant, according to the report.
