An apparent hamburger emergency -- and alleged 911 call -- led to the arrest of a Georgia man recently.

According to a report from Georgia television station WALB-TV in Albany, a Georgia man was arrested and charged with misusing 911 last week for allegedly calling the emergency number over a fast food dispute at a McDonald's in Albany, Ga.

The man told WALB-TV that he found he was shorted one of the seven burgers he ordered when he checked his bag, and went back into the restaurant to speak to an employee. That's when police said the dispute occurred and the man called 911, according to the WALB-TV report.
