NTSB: NYC Train That Derailed Was Going 82 Mph in 30 Mph Zone

The train that derailed in NYC was traveling 82 mph as it approached a 30 mph zone, according to National Transportation Safety Board member Earl Weener. Four passengers died in Sunday's derailment.
