NEW CASTLE, Ind. (www.incnow.com) -- A wanted man called 911 Friday night to ask them to help him with his cheeseburger craving. Instead of satisfying his hunger, he found himself in jail.
Gregory Jackson Sr., 52, called the Henry County 911 dispatch multiple times to request they bring him his favorite fast food entree. Police determined that he had failed to show up for a court hearing two days prior and went to his apartment and arrested him. They did not grant his cheeseburger request.
An affiliate station in Indianapolis, RTV6, confirmed that Jackson received a PB&J sandwich, so he was not sent to bed hungry.
