Batman, Christian Bale, Visits Aurora Victims

Aurora, CO (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – In an act of kindness, Batman himself paid a hospital visit to the shooting victims of Friday’s movie massacre.

On Tuesday, the star of "the Dark Knight Rises", Christian Bale, spent about 2-and a half hours at the Medical Center of Aurora meeting with the victims and doctors.

Bale took it upon himself to make the visit with his wife, even stopping to lay flowers at the makeshift memorial outside the movie theater where the shooting happened.

He'd requested that the media not be told that he was making the rounds in Aurora.
