WILL COUNTY, Ill (www.incnow.tv) -- A Chicago judge has sentenced former-police officer, Drew Peterson, to 38-years in prison for the murder of his third wife, Kathleen Savio.
Kathleen Savio drowned in 2004 and the 58-year-old ex-cop was found guilty of her murder by a jury in September.
Peterson's fourth wife, Stacey, went missing in 2007 but Peterson's attorney's say that she ran off with another man. Authorities suspect that she is dead but her body has never been recovered.
Peterson is expected to serve out the full sentence. In a rare outburst, Peterson yelled that he didn't do it.
