According to a report from Granite Broadcasting sister station WKBW in Buffalo, N.Y., a female torso was found floating in the lower Niagara River on Wednesday near Niagara Falls.
According to the WKBW report:
Authorities have confirmed that the female was a victim of homicide. The torso was absent of limbs and a head, according to the WKBW report.
