Arizona (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Fox News anchor Shepherd Smith has apologized after airing a live car chase in Arizona where a man jumped out of the vehicle then shot himself in the head without cutting away from the coverage.
Smith thought the show was on a five second delay.
