WASHINGTON D.C. (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - Shanthi the elephant has a unique skill. The 36-year-old Asian elephant plays the harmonica.
In a video released Wednesday by the Smithsonian's National Zoo in Washington, Shanthi plays her harmonica that’s attached to her stall. Playing tunes even when no humans are around.
