WASHINGTON, D.C. (www.incnow.tv) – They are already getting ready for President Obama’s second inauguration ceremony.
A parade dress rehearsal was held Sunday. Stand-ins for the president and first lady, the vice president and his wife, walked down the Capitol steps before making their way to the reviewing stand.
The ceremony itself takes place a week from Monday.
