New York City (Indiana’s NewsCenter) – New information about the man who shot and killed a former co-worker outside the Empire State Building, Friday morning.
58-year-old Jeffrey Johnson was told he'd have to vacate his apartment after losing his job, a year ago.
Police say they found evidence in the apartment that he "planned" the killing.
Johnson reportedly argued with a job executive and set-out to shoot the 41-year-old man.
Police shot and killed Johnson as well as wounding several by-standers in the process.
They are all recovering.
