Florida (Indiana’s NewsCenter) - We now know that the 17-year-old Florida teen, Trayvon Martin, who was shot and killed by George Zimmerman had the marijuana component THC in his system and injuries to his knuckles.
Pictures at the police station after the shooting show Zimmerman's face marked and the back of the head were clearly lacerated.
In a newly released document an officer on the scene notes Zimmermans "nose appeared to be broken."
Martin was shot and killed by George Zimmerman who says he killed the unarmed teenager in self-defense.
He's been charged with second degree murder in the case.
